Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

As an established law firm our client is a growing 6 Partner private practice law firm. The firm is based in a market town in South Oxfordshire/Berkshire border and is well known in the area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout Thames Valley and beyond.

The Property department within the firm is thriving, with quality and high-value work being generated by the firm and its existing clients.

As part of the firm's expansion plans, they are looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join the buoyant team of 5 other fee earners.

The work will include Sale and Purchase of Leasehold and Freehold Commercial Properties, drafting complex leases for landlords and tenants, restrictive covenants and rights of way. There is also the option to carry out matters dealing with development work to include site acquisitions and disposals, new build or plot sales. 

This is a client-facing role, and they are seeking a certain individual who has aspirations to assist in growing the commercial department in the future. The team is collegiate and friendly, offering you a modern, flexible working arrangement and work-life balance. 

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and friendly, have good academics and have a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Property experience handling a broad caseload of Property matters.
