You will be dealing with a variety of Property Development matters including options, conditional contracts, joint ventures, promotion agreements and project manager agreements. Transactions that the team deal with range from £1m-£30m sites.

Requirements:

• You will be a Property Development Solicitor 6+ years PQE
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Ability to work in a high paced environment
• Good organisational skills
