Litigation Solicitor (5PQE+)

Well established law firm based in Skipton requires an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join the team.

Working alongside the current Director in the department, you will handle a mixed caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, including property litigation, contract and commercial disputes including partnership and shareholder disputes, landlord and tenant disputes and debt recovery.

You will need:

• At least 5 years PQE within general litigation – commercial and civil litigation.
• Experience of property litigation is essential as this covers a large part of the caseload.
• Must be capable of working on own initiative.
• Excellent client care skills.

This would suit someone seeking the opportunity to progress to Director level in the near future. Excellent salary package, salary dependant on experience. Flexible working, including an element of home working, if preferred.
