A well established law firm require a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team based in Woking, with flexible home working.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor to join a highly regarded firm with great career opportunities.
The successful Residential conveyancing solicitor will assist the firms busy new build and regular conveyancing departments acting for clients purchasing selling/ buying residential property and also buying newly built/off plan properties to live in.
You will be supported on a variety of residential property transactions including sales and purchases in help to buy and new build properties and will be responsible for handling your own caseload of files as well as ensuring that you provide a high level of service to a very high net worth client base.
Experience Required;
- Qualified - 3+PQE
- Able to work independently on your own caseload
