My clients are looking for an RTA Litigation Executive/Assistant in Blackburn
The ideal candidate must have the following:
1) Claimant experience with a focus on Litigation;
2) Experience in dealing with Credit Hire/Accident Management companies;
3) Good working knowledge of the claims process and the Civil Procedure Rules.
Experience of handling civil litigation files, with a focus on RTA and Credit Hire is required (12 months). This is an assistant role with salary range of £20-25k
