My client is looking for an experienced Credit Hire Specialist in their Road Traffic Accident department. The litigator role require at least 2 years fast and preferably multi track experience (strong fast track litigators would be considered) in the area of credit hire and PI.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
1) Claimant experience
2) Experience in dealing with Credit Hire/Accident Management companies
3) Be up-to-date with relevant and recent case law concerning Credit Hire
The role will pay £35-40k for the correct candidate depending upon experience.
