Are you looking for your first paralegal role or further progression from your current paralegal role?
One of my clients, a small niche firm, have an opportunity for Conveyancing Paralegals or Graduates looking to secure their first paralegal role in a Conveyancing department to join their Leamington Spa office due to expansion.
The role will include providing support to the fee earners with the view to having your own caseload. Whilst it would be an advantage, having prior knowledge of conveyancing isn't a necessity due to an excellent learning and development department. Graduates with no prior experience will be considered for this role.
As a successful candidate you will be motivated, ambitious and keen to progress your career. This firm also offer Training Contracts for employees that have completed their LPC.
Big on progression and a great family environment, they are flexible and understand employees have children and sometimes need to work around that. They have a great ethos in that they stand by treat your employees well and they will be with you long term. Hours are 9 - 5 Monday to Friday with no expectations to stay after 5pm and again flexibility is possible to work from the Birmingham office or remotely once training is complete.

The salary for this role is £17,000 - £20,000 however they would be willing to consider more for experienced candidates who want to apply.
