Interim Planning, Contracts and Property Team Leader

LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in Central Southern England in their search for an Interim Team Leader- Planning, Property & Contracts Lawyer. The role is being offered on an initial 6-month contract.

The successful Interim Team Leader- Planning, Property & Contracts will be required to have experience in one or more of the above areas and be able to manage a team of lawyers and paralegals within this department. You will need to be able to handle complex planning, property and/or contracts work and assist with regeneration and complex procurement matters.

You should be a proactive, commercial, and robust leader and team player.  A flexible approach to your work and management style will be required. Previous local government experience would be advantageous. Previous management experience and a current practising certificate are essential.
