Job Details
The work is the full range of residential conveyancing, with the focus being with HNW properties in the local area. This firm has a solid foundation of referrers, therefore this is not a business development role but will require strong client relationship skills.
Ideal candidates must be qualified and able to manage their own caseload with secretarial support, which is currently at approximately 40 - 50 files including, lease extensions, freehold enfranchisement transactions, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
The firm are well established in the local area, they would like someone to join the team who enjoys being busy and enjoys client interaction.
