Personal Injury Fee Earner

A progressive and down-to-earth personal injury firm in South Manchester is looking to expand its team and take on a Personal Injury Fee Earner. 

In this role, you’ll handle a mixed caseload of RTA and EL/PL matters, many of which will be litigated files.

You will be entrusted with your own varied caseload of personal injury files (including road traffic accident, employers liability and public liability matters) with a focus on litigated work 

Based in one of Greater Manchester’s most popular market towns with offices are close to local transport links, the firm has an excellent location.

The ideal candidate 

A Personal Injury Fee Earner with 2+ years litigation experience  

Will have experience of dealing with RTA files, as well as EL/PL cases

Will be used to working within a target-driven, team environment 

Will be proficient in using the Proclaim case management system 

A good communicator who enjoys providing a high level of service to clients
