We are working in connection with a regional firm with offices in Gloucester who now have an opportunity for an NQ Commercial Property Solicitor.
This will suit a trainee whose close to qualifying or an NQ/1PQE Commercial Property Solicitor, that perhaps isn't getting the training or exposure to quality of work they need.
You will be expected to get involved in a variety of commercial property matters in both public and private sector work, including retail leases/agreements and development matters. The firms impressive client portfolio of high quality work ranges for acting for investors, developers, banks, local authorities, occupiers and charities.
