Locum Property, Contracts and Planning Team Leader – South East England – initial 6 months+  – Remote Working – up to £60 per hour (Umbrella)

 Venn Group’s specialist legal team are recruiting a Locum Property, Contracts and Planning Team Leader to join a Local Authority legal team in the South East England regionon a remote working basis. Ideally, the Council are looking for someone to take on this position on a full-time basis however candidates possessing relevant experience who can only offer part-time hours will also be considered.

The assignment is offered for an initial period of 6 months with the possibility of extension thereafter dependent upon workload.

This role will be worked on an all remote basis for the foreseeable future however committee meetings may need to be done in person in the future in line with Government guidance.

The successful applicant will have knowledge of Contracts, Property and Planning Law within Local Government and have had prior management experience.

The position offers an hourly rate of up to £60 per hour (Umbrella) and is offered on a full-time basis although part time applicants may be considered.
