JOB TITLE: Locum Immigration & Asylum Solicitor
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: London
SALARY: Circa £30 - £40 per hour

THE ROLE:
Providing expert assistance to a busy law firm, the appointed Locum Immigration and Asylum Solicitor will be working on a specific case on behalf of a key client of the firm. Complimenting the services already provided by this long established and highly reputable firm, the Immigration Solicitor’s role will be to initially take the client through the primary steps of the asylum process including contacting the Home Office, conducting the screening interview and completing the Preliminary Information Questionnaire.
This role is likely to provide an ongoing assignment for the Locum Solicitor, however the number of hours/days required per week may vary depending on workload.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role is well suited to an experienced and talented Immigration and Asylum Solicitor with 5+ PQE and availability to commence a new role at short notice. Specific experience in conducting asylum claims will be required for this assignment. You will have excellent client care skills and will take pride in supporting your clients, offering straightforward and reliable advice. Availability to commit to the firm for a period of at least 3-6 months is essential.
