JOB TITLE: Banking & Finance Solicitor
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
SALARY: £45 – 60,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
As part of this firm’s continuing growth strategy, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Banking & Finance Lawyer to join their national, award-winning corporate, commercial and banking team. You will be have the opportunity to assist the team on a broad range of banking & finance transactions, including (but not limited to) acquisition finance, general corporate banking, real estate investment, asset backed lending and restructuring.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Banking & Finance Solicitor will have at least 2 years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate excellent technical skills along with commercial awareness and credibility. There are excellent opportunities to develop your career, working with like-minded professionals and top clients, whilst still retaining a work-life balance. Successful candidates will likely have excellent experience advising both lenders and borrowers, within the firm’s regional markets, across a range of mid-market corporate banking and real estate finance mandates.
