Private Client Solicitor

The successful Private Client Solicitor will join an established, full service law firm who have built out a solid reputation in the city of York and the rural surrounds and market towns of North Yorkshire.

An NQ or recently qualified Private Client Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a friendly and supportive York based team consisting of several fee earners and plenty of secretarial support. It would be a great next step for a newly qualified Solicitor or CILEX and also potential candidates with up to 3 years Private Client know how.

The day to day will vary and include lots of client contact, taking instructions and providing guidance on the drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney and the administration of Probate on behalf of a quality client base. Full training and development will be provided to enable the steady build out of your skill set.

The successful candidate will have recently qualified or have acquired up to 3 years Private Client know how in a high street or regional legal environment. Good academics will underpin strong communication, client servicing and people skills, you will also possess a friendly, team player mentality and can do attitude.
