A well-established multi-service practice in Cheshire are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy team as a locum.

In this role, you’ll handle a mixed caseload of sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold and new build matters.

An ambitious, training-centric, goal-driven team with aggressive expansion plans  

You’ll handle a broad residential caseload of 60-90 files with administrative support and support from the wider post-completion team  

The firm are part of a national group of solicitors with ambitious growth plans for the North West region  

Commutable from Widnes, Warrington, Runcorn, St Helens, Manchester and Liverpool

A Residential Conveyancing Locum Solicitor who is immediately available

Will have experience of handling a broad range of files/private instructions, panel instructions, and broker instructions  

Will be personable and a good communicator  

Will have an excellent telephone manner and exceptional client care skills  

Will be well-organised with good time management skills
