The Role

This Top 50 firm are looking for a Corporate Associate in their Birmingham office.

The Corporate department have a clear visionary 5-year business plan to be the go-to firm for Corporate Technology work across the UK. Already a leading corporate department, this firm have grown substantially domestically and internationally. You will deal with a broad diet of corporate work on high value transactions.

With a vast array of sectors including emerging tech, life sciences and digital businesses you will be exposed to the most exciting projects in the industry. With offices across the globe notably situated in global 'tech hubs' you will work with a portfolio of household names.

Requirements

• 0-4 years PQE in Corporate Law
• Previous exposure to a broad spectrum of corporate work
