This leading international law firm is looking to hire a senior corporate lawyer with significant equity capital markets experience for its Chambers ranked corporate practice based in London. The role will involve a broad range of high-profile corporate transactions, both domestic and international, including M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and equity capital markets transactions.
It is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded practice at a leading international law firm in London. The firm offers a highly competitive salary.
The ideal candidate will have around five years of PQE gained at a recognised corporate practice in the UK. Although the preference would be for candidates with significant equity capital markets experience, our client will consider candidates with a solid M&A background looking to join a growing and ambitious team. The role requires excellent academics and a stable career record.
