THE ROLE:
The highly rated residential/commercial property department of this regional law firm, is keen to appoint a 3+ PQE Property Solicitor. The property department covers all aspects of commercial & residential property law, including conveyancing, freehold and leasehold transactions, commercial leases, first registration, agricultural property landlord and tenant matters, development and option arrangements, acquisitions and sales, deeds of variation, leases and a variety of other matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Property Solicitors with 3+ years’ PQE must be a confident Property Lawyer, responsive to clients and confident in managing their own caseload along with a genuine desire to business develop and work effectively within a team. Strong technical knowledge along with good organisational skills are also required.
