Are you a Residential Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal who would like to be a full Conveyancer and work from home exclusively?

Our client, who due to continued success in the conveyancing market are expand and growing at an exponential rate. With this expansion and they currently seeking Experienced Residential Conveyancing Assistants/Paralegals who are looking for an opportunity to train up to work as full Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners on a remote home working basis.

looking for experienced Residential Property Assistants/Paralegals who have had exposure of supporting or carrying a caseload. This exciting opportunity will provide you with comprehensive training that will allow you to join our team as a transactional mover conveyancer, managing your own portfolio. Once on team this training will continue as you progress through the various levels at your own pace. Training will be delivered on a remote basis by an award-winning Learning and Development Academy. In the role you will gain experience across a diverse range of conveyancing transactions that may include freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties.

The ideal candidate will hold at least 2yrs current and up to date experience in Residential Conveyancing, understanding the full process and have the ability to work competently, work remotely and be self-motivated to learn and succeed.

Salary on the role is up to £25,000 and dependant on experience. 25 days annual leave plus bonus scheme once handling own caseload. You will be required to be able to commute on occasion to the main local hub which is Leeds.
