JOB TITLE: Childcare Solicitor/ Legal Executive
LOCATION: Warwickshire- Across any of the 5 offices and locations
SALARY: Up to £45,000 dependant on experience
THE ROLE: This quality focused firm have recently joined forces with a local regional firm and are seeking to grow their already successful Childcare Department. The role will include managing and progressing a private and public family and childcare caseload of matters including divorce finances, matrimonial matters, child protection and adoptions cases. The main caseload will be made up of Legal Aid matters, so prior experience in this area is highly desirable. You should be able to attend court as and when required and have the ability to hit individual billing targets.
THE CANDIDATE: The firm are looking for a Childcare Solicitor/ Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE. You will be reporting directly into the Head of Department. The candidate should be quality driven and be able to manage their time efficiently. You should have experience of business development and previous networking skills. The firm are looking for a Solicitor/Legal Executive with a can-do attitude and forward thinking in their nature.
