Job Details
My client, an established Lexcel accredited law firm are currently recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor to join their offices in Worcester.
The Role:
As the successful Private Client Solicitor, you will have a range of responsibilities and duties, which will largely consist of managing your own caseload of Private Client matters. The work will mainly include: Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Deputyship and Tax advice.
You will also be actively involved is developing business for the department and building long lasting relationships. Supervision of admin or paralegal staff may be required in certain situations.
To be suitable for this role, you will be able to demonstrate substantial experience of working within a private client department and be competent with the procedure of Wills, Probate and Trusts. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 4 years' experience, have excellent communication skills and be extremely organised.
Experience in Family law would be highly advantageous and would be reflected in the remuneration package.
Benefits:
- Salary DOE £35,000-£38,000
- Life Insurance
- Sick Pay 75% of Salary up to two years
