Director/Equity Partner (Business) - Sussex/Surrey/Berks

We are seeking 10+PQE Solicitor and our client is open to consider individuals from a commercial legal background from any legal discipline.

This firm provides commercial legal services to SME's UK wide and we are interested in speaking to an ambitious solicitor who can demonstrate experience in supporting clients through commercial transactions albeit, real estate, litigation or commercial law. This is a fee earning role, where you will build relationships with a portfolio of interesting and varied clients as well as developing your own clients. Also you will be someone with managerial experience, as this leadership role requires a motivated professional with an infectious personality able to nurture the already established team and longer term recruit further talent.

Key skills will be in retain and develop existing clients as well as prospects, working collaboratively with your colleagues in other offices and reporting to the Board. You will attend seminars, exhibitions and speak at conferences to raise the profile of firm.

This senior position which can be considered as a salaried Director or Equity Partner offering a very good six figure remuneration. It offers visibility in the industry, career status and working for a firm that is different, placing emphasis on people engagement, respect, support and development whilst offering clients solutions to a broad range of complex problems.

The offices have good transport links and parking and to be considered you will be a commercial solicitor able to take on responsibility and give up your time to develop your team, and you should be 'at the top of your game' in your commercial advice to clients.
