My client, a highly well-established law firm with offices across Merseyside are looking for an Experienced Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join their team at their offices on the Wirral.
In this role you will be a Legal Secretary working in the Conveyancing department and assisting them at all stages of a residential caseload consisting of sale and purchase files as well as covering reception duties when required.
To be successful in obtaining this Legal Secretary role you must have previous experience of being a Legal Secretary in a Conveyancing department for at least 12months.
* Opening new files
* Dealing with correspondence
* Demonstrate a high standard professional approach to clients
* Great attention to detail
* Polished telephone manner,
* Highly organised
High telephone and administrations skills are also essential for this role.
Salary on the role is up to £22k and salary is depending on experience and suitability of the successful candidate.
