JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: Ipswich
SALARY: £Up to circa £60,000 dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
The highly successful team of this award-winning practice is keen to appoint an experienced and well-rounded Commercial Property Lawyer. You will be well versed in all aspects of Commercial Property Law and be looking for a supportive and encouraging practice where you can see your career flourish. Ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will have experience of dealing with all types of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant and property development matters.

THE CANDIDATE
With at least 5 years PQE, suitable Commercial Property Lawyers will have sound technical expertise spanning the broad remit of real estate. Ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will have experience of working with property developers and investors, banks, and landowners. A unique opportunity to join a practice which offers a varied and challenging caseload.

SALARY:
