Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
An excellent Essex-based law firm requires a Residential Conveyancer to join their exceptional Residential Conveyancing team. The firm is ideally searching for applicants with a focused background in Residential conveyancing as they intend to provide a client-focused approach to issues concerning property sales and transactions. The firm have a notable presence in the Residential Conveyancing sector and intend to provide a proactive and value-focused experience.

- Location: Essex
- Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (Including 1-hour lunch)
- Annual Leave: 25 days per year + Bank Holidays
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to liaise with large portfolio of clientele regarding property sales and transactions
- Liaising with the Residential Conveyancing department and third-party matters
- Conduct land registry documents checks concerning transactions
- Managing internal meetings between members of staff and project teams, including diary management
- Sustaining effective communication with clients regarding the progression of deals
- Fulfilling the firm’s key policies and compliance requests, SRA regulations and CQS accreditation standards including other legal procedures
- Actively support other Fee Earners within the firm
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to solve complex challenges
- Experienced in Real Estate conveyancing including: transactions, freehold, leasehold and sales/purchase; lease extensions
- The ability to communicate with various stakeholders involved in the processes of transaction
- Highly organised and confident to prioritise workload and independently time-manage
- Proactively ensure that the requirements of the firm are fulfilled
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
