COMMERCIAL LITIGATION, NEWCASTLE 2-4 YEARS PQE

High profile Newcastle commercial law firm is looking for someone to join their busy, dispute resolution team which acts for clients across the UK.

You will be dealing with complex litigation and receiving guidance and support from some of the region's leading litigators. Their clients include global cricket brands and famous sports people so they've an interesting client list! This is a progressive firm which on occasion uses AI technology to resolve multi million pound disputes, including helping businesses with mediation, as well complex proceedings and emergency applications.

To qualify for the role, you will have a strong technical ability from a strong background of dealing with either contractual disputes, professional negligence, corporate, partnership and shareholder disputes and/or contentious construction - the quality of your experience is key.

The firm have operated on a flexible basis before Covid-19, meaning they shifted seamlessly to home working, without disrupting their service delivery. The firm is highly invested in the North East community and participate in a lot of charity events, even offering paid volunteering leave, a great way to raise a profile within the community.
