Construction Solicitor

CONSTRUCTION c3-8PQE LEEDS

Busy Tier 1 ranked team is looking for an additional Solicitor of at least 3yrsPQE so as to be able to support their Managing Associates and Directors, and also assist less experienced colleagues.

The work will be non-contentious construction and engineering matters, acting for a range of developers, funders, purchasers and tenants. A suitable candidate will have solid construction experience with a grounding in standard construction contract forms (JCT/FIDIC / IChemE) and knowledge of the NEC suite (both NEC3 and NEC4).

You'll be joining a high profile team which operates nationally and has a client list of household names to which you will have exposure.
