Banking & Finance Solicitor - Excellent Opportunity - Kent
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking and Finance Solicitor to join a leading Legal 100 firm in their Kent office.
The firm is flexible with regard to PQE, but the ideal candidate will have prior experience of banking work, including lending, security arrangements and funds, and will be looking to join at either an Associate or Senior Associate level.
You will be joining one of the largest teams of banking and finance solicitors in the region, advising on a wide range of finance options, including debt financing, equity fundraising and crowd funding. You will act for many different types of clients on transactions of all sizes, ranging from major property investors and developers on their real estate finance facilities, as well as on small value loans from SMEs.
