The Role

Commercial Property Lawyer/Associate to join Top 75 firm in Truro

Due to ongoing growth and investment into the team, a Solicitor or more senior Associate has the opportunity to join Truro's and arguably the South-West leading Real Estate teams.

Servicing work present both in the region and nationally, the multi-office team is part of the fasting growing Top 100 firm, with the output consistently awarded by both Chambers and the L500.

With a focus on supporting developers, you'll sit alongside the Partner in delivering complex projects, social housing, regeneration, redevelopment and land matters.

You'll be encouraged to move upwards in the team from the onset, whilst forging your own relationships and network within the market.

The Requirements

• Previous Commercial Property experience, be it during training or legal practice
• Passion for your work, and delivering quality
• Willing to take advantage of progression opportunities
• Proven BD success and drive to build network
