An amazing opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor has arisen in beautiful Harrogate.
A thriving boutique firm with two offices in Leeds and Yorkshire are growing year after year due to the hard work and dedication of their staff. Offering a warm and friendly office environment and commitment to client care is paramount.

They are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to help run a busy caseload within our Harrogate office.

The candidate will need to be eager and ambitious and be able to demonstrate expertise in the following areas:

• Wills
• Trusts
• Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning
• Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Deputyship applications
• Business development and good networking ability


As a Wills and Probate Senior Solicitor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Solicitors, and Paralegals to deliver an exceptional client experience, develop their technical expertise and meet agreed performance targets. You will also be responsible for developing external relationships with to provide an exceptional client experience and generate new cases.

To be successful in this role you must;

• Have a number of years Wills, Trusts and Probate experience.
• Have a strong appetite for business development, able to build successful relationships with referrers of work, members of the bar and the legal profession.
• Existing contacts in within the local area would be an advantage.
• Be a member of STEP
• Be able to supervise, coach, lead and develop a team of Solicitors and Paralegals.
