Our client is a leading tier 1 national firm who are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join their Cardiff office. This is a first-rate opportunity for an ambitious, driven Corporate Solicitor to join a top UK firm with offices in Cardiff with a team that work with blue chip clients and work high value M&A corporate transactions.

This firm have a high quality approach to their work, they have developed a really strong clients base which is growing quickly. As a consequence they are looking for a mid to senior level Corporate Solicitor to join them.

The work is pure corporate (tier1) , they have a commercial team which leaves you to focus on transactional work, and is for international clients. You will need to be able to demonstrate a solid technical background, commercial acumen and a desire to get involved in the future development of the team and the firm. It may well suit someone who is currently within one of the larger teams and can't see a clear route forward. Whilst they are happy to consider lawyers with 3 years pqe they are also open to considering people up to 6 years pqe level.

This role directly supports an experienced Corporate Partner and will see you work on a range of matters mainly private & public M&A and advisory work including capital raisings, corporate governance, managed investments and private equity.
