Our client, a leading investment company headquartered in Qatar, is looking for a highly experienced Personal Assistant to join them. They have extensive interests across the globe, and this role will entail providing secretarial, administrative and office management support, ensuring the department runs in an efficient manner.
Specifically, duties will include (but are not limited to): managing agendas, appointments, travel arrangements, processing data, planning, hosting and organising events and meetings, with a focus on monitoring the progress and quality of administrative processes as a whole.
Extensive experience of supporting executive level management at a well-known organisation(s) is essential, as are exemplary academics (including a good law degree) and IT skills. Organisation is key to this role, and applicants must be adept at multi-tasking effectively and under pressure. An understanding of the Financial Service industry is preferable.
Candidates do not necessarily need to be currently located in Qatar, and Arabic is not required (although Native English is essential). However, applicants should have prior experience of working in the Gulf.
It is unlikely that relocation and accommodation costs will be covered, so please ensure Qatar is a viable working location before applying.
