The role:

Opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ years PQE to join a real estate giant in their Reading office.

You will be exposed to a diverse client base of national and international companies across sectors including media, technology, retail, leisure and healthcare.

The workload will be varied and you will be given the support and autonomy to run your own smaller files in acquisitions and disposals, leasing and portfolio management. You will also assist on larger transactions ranging up to £50 million and have the chance to work alongside leading figures in the commercial property space.

Requirements:

· Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ years PQE
· Training and/or experience in a quality real estate practice
· Confidence to manage smaller transactions independently and be client facing form the outset
