A modern forward-thinking law firm are looking for a Conveyancing Admin Assistant and to join their team based in Preston.
My client delivers a high-quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.
The Conveyancing Admin Assistant role will involve administration of department files including opening files, ID checks and closing and archiving of files. This role will include drafting and preparation of contracts and documents, SDLT and Land Registry under supervision with some call handling. You will also be expected to ensuring file compliance is adhered to at all times.
The Conveyancing Admin Assistant must have at least 1 - 2 years Conveyancing experience and knowledge of the Conveyancing process is a must. Strong attention to detail and great organisation skills are a must is this role with the ability to work as part of a team.
Salary is dependent on previous Conveyancing experience but competitive.
