Real Estate Solicitor -Birmingham- An exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a well-established legal 200 law firm dealing with High-Net-Worth Commercial Property development matters Our clients Birmingham Development team has expanded rapidly since 2014. The team deal with all manner of Commercial Real Estate work with a particular focus on development projects. The team acts on projects ranging from large residential and commercial/mixed-use schemes for major national housebuilders and propco developers through to smaller bespoke developments for regional developers and acting on long term promotion agreements for landowners. This is an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor with strong experience in Commercial Property matters, to establish an excellent future career within an excellent multi office law firm.This is a thriving full-service law firm, with a great commercial focus. You should have a good range of Commercial Property experience with 2 years + PQE up to a Principal Associate level. Your Role This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing national team. You'll have the chance to work closely with partners and be involved in high-profile development work right from the start, working for many notable clients. Given the nature of the role, you will be highly organised and be able to work pragmatically. You'll work to participate in relevant practice development initiatives, seek to get involved with business development opportunities and keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice. To drive best practice further, you will be an exceptional team player with the ability to work collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and to develop other team members. What we'll need from you Experienced in Real Estate DevelopmentCurrent Practicing CertificateA clear enthusiasm for this area of law and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for your clients whilst working under pressureTo be pioneering with an imaginative outlookTo be approachable and caringTo be tenacious in the pursuit of our objectivesTo be efficient in the provision of our servicesTo work with integrity.
