Associate/Senior Associate - Real Estate, 5+ PQE with Competitive Salary + Benefits.

Errington Legal are currently recruiting for a senior Real Estate Solicitor to join a Cambridge team that boasts some of the UK's leading real estate work. This role would be well suited to an ambitious, experienced Real Estate lawyer looking for a challenging workload without the daily commute. 

There are clear opportunities for progression within this ever-growing team, and the role would suit an individual that can demonstrate prior leadership and business development efforts in particular. Working as part of a national team, this role would require regular travel. Whilst the majority of the time would be spent in Cambridge, the high-profile and City-centric nature of the work would require travel to London one day a week.

The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio of varied, high quality transactions and liaise closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent client service. The ideal candidate will need to have excellent drafting, research and technical skills - and will receive mentoring from Partners both locally and across the national team. 

As this is a senior role you will also be tasked with supervising and developing more junior members of the team.

Interviews will be conducted via video calls.
