PROPERTY DISPUTES LAWYER
Well established Cheshire based law firm is looking for an experienced property disputes lawyer to deal with a mix of boundary dispute, housing disrepair and Japanese Knotweed cases.
Role Overview
This firm is currently undergoing a period of substantial growth and modernisation. Based in Cheshire the firm is well established in litigation work. You will join an existing property disputes team. This is a great time to join with excellent opportunities to help build the team and avenues for future progression.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a property disputes lawyer who can demonstrate:
- Experience handling a caseload of boundary dispute, housing disrepair or Japanese Knotweed cases. It's fine if you only have experience in one area, training will be given to develop your abilities in the other areas.
- As a guide our client would expect you to have a minimum of 2 years' experience handling these type of cases.
- Qualified solicitor, CILEx or experienced non-qualified fee earners will be considered.
- Excellent client care.
- Good IT skills / confidence in using a case management system.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work within a team environment.
