This is a unique opportunity that has come up on the other side of a legal business - for a Practice Manager to within a high profile business in West Dorset.
Handling all aspects of CIPD / HR and also Compliance / COFA matters you will be a confident and ambitious person motivated by a new challenge.
Reporting into the board of directors you can expect to handle financial and administrative staff management as well as responsibility for professional compliance, premises, and IT management.
You will have an excellent working knowledge of finance and SRA rules - or be willing and able to develop quickly.
