Job Details
The ideal lawyer will have around 2 years’ PQE and will work across the firm’s Milton Keynes, Northampton and Leicester network of offices on mid-market corporate banking and real estate finance matters.
Your experience should ideally include advising lenders (including banks, funds, alternative lenders and private capital) and borrowers (both corporates and sponsors), although one of the other would be acceptable, on leveraged and acquisition financings, general corporate banking, real-estate investment and development transactions.
