Very good regional and national reputation for delivering high quality Commercial legal advice, whilst also achieving a highly regarded working environment

Based in central Leeds

THE ROLES:

The team do a range of work for clients from quality SMEs to owner-managed businesses and large corporates

Excellent caseload, predominantly advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, Private Equity/Venture Capital transactions, listed company transactions and IPOs.

They have an established Corporate team and are looking to bring in a junior solicitor (NQ-2PQE) jto join them.
