Thriving practice, offering flexible working and a competitive salary, seeks a capable Corporate Solicitor as part of their continued expansion.

This is a rare opportunity, which would enable you to handle high quality corporate work whilst carving out time for yourself to enjoy life. The firm is progressive and promotes flexible and hybrid working. As a result, this position would be ideally suited to a Corporate Solicitor who is tired of long hours and wants to work in a more sustainable way.

The firm punches above its weight, and has developed an impressive commercial client base. The position will allow you to run your own caseload with the support of the wider team and guidance from highly capable senior Solicitors.

The work will be varied and stimulating and will see you handling a range of corporate transactions, restructures and reorganisations.  Typical work would include Company acquisitions and sales, Share Transfers and Allotments, Reorganisations and joint ventures, Debt and equity investments and Shareholders’ Agreements.

The firm is keen to attract top talent and is prepared to pay competitively to do so.
