Job Details
In-House Legal Counsel
TSR Legal are working with an international business who specialise in credit risk solutions and have multimillion pound companies all across the globe. Due to expansion they are looking to appoint a Legal Counsel 4-6 PQE to join their experienced legal team based in Cardiff. You will be providing key support to the Group Head of Legal as well as sales operations on a global scale. There will be the expectation to attend the offices, however they are flexible with a mix of remote and office working.
You will have experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, IP, data protection, GDPR, IT and Tech agreements etc. In the role you will also be assisting the Group Head of Legal with:
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Group Restructures
- Shareholder Management
