Job Details
The suitable candidate will have gained Securitisation and Structured Finance transactions experience in a leading London firm. CMBS and/or Trade Receivables experience would be beneficial, as would knowledge and understanding of handling and resolving technical legal issues.
The team represents lenders, arrangers, servicers, borrowers and investors in numerous financing transactions and restructurings, involving commercial Real Estate debt in Europe. Lawyers work closely with hedge funds, private equity funds and investment banks on CMBS, RMBS and covered bond transactions and also advise on whole business securitisations, trade receivables securitisations, warehouse lines and loan portfolio sale transactions (both distressed and performing).
