JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: At least 12 months experience as a fee earner
LOCATION: Liverpool

THE ROLE:
This well known, top 100 law firm is currently looking for a paralegal or recently qualified Solicitor to join its specialist property team advises clients within the healthcare sector. You will be handling a wide range of work including disposals and acquisitions, landlord & tenant, leaseholds, title investigation and deeds, managing both your own caseload as well as supporting associates and partners in their work.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a law graduate who has gained at least 12 months experience working in the real estate team within another leading regional or national law firm. You will be able to demonstrate solid experience of all aspects of commercial property law, in particular landlord and tenant experience. You will be used to managing your own caseload, be a self starter and strategic thinker, taking a commercial approach to your work.
