Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity within a Legal Top 100 law firm in Southampton has become available. This leading and national law firm is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its team due to an increase of work, in this critical hire.

This team handles clinical negligence claims for people who have suffered illness or injury as a result of substandard care in any medical setting to include treatment from a GP, hospital or clinic. 

The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will handle a varied caseload, the team handles all types of clinical negligence casework, including high value, complex obstetric and neonatal neurological injury, including cerebral palsy, neonatal hypoglycaemia, meningitis and Group B Strep.

You will ideally have around 3 - 6 years' claimant experience in clinical negligence, although candidates sitting just outside of this banding will still be considered. 

It is essential that the successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor is able to operate independently.
