Job Details
A leading firm requires a senior solicitor at least 5 yrs + PQE specialising in corporate work to join the team.
The role will include corporate work dealing with Capital markets, which include admissions documents/shareholder circulars, placement agreements, verification and ancillary documentation and familiarity with UKLA and AIM rules. There will be some M&A work and advising clients on all aspects of corporate governance.
