Ambitious Inquests Solicitor Advocate (1-7PQE) or similairly experienced Barrister sought by national commercial law firm in Birmingham for new role within their highly-regarded Healthcare Regulatory team.

Role to be based in Birmingham
THE ROLE:
The work is varied: providing a broad range of expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory) and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests or defending clinical negligence claims.
They have well-established team and are now looking to bring in another ambitious Solicitor (1-7PQE) to the team to focus on advocacy and inquest work.
THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally they are looking for a solicitor advocate with between 1-7PQE in complex Inquests work, however they also welcome applications from proven barristers who are interested in focusing on this very technical, very exciting area.
Good advocacy experience is essential to any application.
There is a great opportunity here for further career progression. Excellent salary and package on offer.
