The specialist, tier 1 Legal 500 rated, corporate finance team stands at 17 Partners and 65 Lawyers and provides a wide range of legal advice, with a depth of resource and range of experience that allows them to successfully deliver a wide range of transactions - in value, complexity and commercial impact. They advise on all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and disposals, acting for sellers and buyers, management teams, and private equity and venture capital funds. The team is experienced in dealing with international transactions as well as UK deals, including acquisitions of overseas businesses and disposals of UK companies to international buyers. Many of their lawyers started their careers in other major domestic or international law firms, or have worked in industry.
We are looking for two candidates with at least two years PQE and a Senior Associate with six years plus PQE + gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm with a well-developed knowledge in all areas of corporate transactions. He/she would be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.
