Job Details
A leading law firm in Maidstone, Kent are looking for an ambitious career minded Junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their highly regarded team.
Your role will have a focus on dealing with commercial landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and corporate support work. You will be involved in business development and expected to promote the firm internally and externally in order to attract and retain new and existing clients.
You must be a Commercial Property Solicitor NQ-3yrs PQE or coming up to qualification in the coming months. You'll have gained at least a 6 month seat in a similar well regarded commercial property department and have a passion for property law. Transactional experience in commercial property landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, and secured lending would be desirable.
